The double-walled glass vessel contains tempered water or oil to ensure constant temperature of the solution inside the vessel. The cover also acts as wafer holder seating.
Different vessel dimensions corresponding to Wafer sizes available.




The unit can also be used for electroplating. The anode, either an inert anode or a soluble anode as pellets within a basket) can be assembled. (see electroplating)
